Mako

Unlike the cute gentle Sherry, Mako, the second eldest sister in the Sherry’s family, was rebellious, bossy and active, so people often mistaken Mako as the eldest sister. Mako likes to play tricks on others but would never do it to her own family. She sometimes teases her younger sister Maki, but still takes her around to broaden her horizons. It shows that Mako cherishes her family very much. She is the CEO of hot-wind control, the skill of vaporizing moisture in the air.

Before Sherry voluntarily sacrificed herself, Mako left the Kamaitachi village with Maki for the reason of broadening their horizons, traveling through various School Cities, completely ignoring the invasion of the infected to the planet. When she learnt of Sherry’s decision to sacrifice herself, she rushed back to the village in an attempt to stop the tragedy. In the end, their eldest sister received help from the Wind God, and Mako and Maki were relieved. This event also marks the beginning of Mako’s awareness of the harm the infected brought to the planet. She decided to follow Sherry’s will and help people in distress in different School Cities.

Recently, she has become obsessed with rock music. Besides visiting her elder sister, she has also formed a limited band with Taylor and Ingrid at the School. They are currently practicing hard for the stage performance at the School’s festival.
